Obviously, before anything could be done, a yearbook editorial staff has to be convened. Whether by appointment or election, getting the right people together is vitally important if the yearbook is to be released within schedule.
Right off the bat, the staff should immediately decide on the yearbook specifications. That includes the number of pages allocated, the type of cover page (hard-bound or paperback), target date of release, type of paper used, size of the yearbook, number of color pages, and many other decisions.
